1998

The company was established as a tie-up with Balta Group, Belgium, a leading producer of floor coverings in the world. This paved way for Balta Group to capture the Indian market.
1998-2001

Introduced machine-made rugs under the brand name “Samira”, bringing luxury products into the Indian market at an affordable price.
2001-02

Record sale of carpet brand “Samira” and one of the first brands to have such high sales of machine-made rugs in India.
2002-04

Introduced more varieties of Samira Brand into the Indian market at a premium rate, selling through supermarkets; the first supermarket being Big Bazaar where our products were sold as an exclusive brand.
2004-06

Started catering to metro areas. We had witnessed a tremendous growth rate of 300% Attended exhibitions as a platform to promote our products. Showcased our products at DOMOTEX World Trade Fair for Carpets and Floor Coverings, Hanover, Germany. The biggest worldwide event dedicated exclusively to the architectural designing and floor covering industry.
2006-08

With the IT boom, our products saw record sales growth. Opened branch offices across India for our products thus capturing more markets. Expanded our distribution network in India with over 60 distributors spread across India. Introduced our own brands of different commercial floorings in India.
2010-12

Introduced premium range of laminate and hardwood floorings of Balta Group's division, Balterio, into the Indian market. Introduced vinyl flooring into the Indian market catering to the educational and healthcare industry, a boom period for the company.
2012-21

We diversified our products and continued to cater to the Indian market, seeing success and growth, introducing new products, and known for being the best in the industry in terms of our products. Started exporting customised hand-tufted carpet and rugs to Spain, Brazil, Emeritus, and Australia.
2021-22

With a boom in the hospitality sector, our products witnessed huge demand. With a strong foothold in the South India market, we continue to cater to leading industries across India
